I've got sat here what appears to be a genuine PSA stainless steel back box for a diesel 307. It is of standard squarish profile box with downward tail pipe.

I say appear as I'm not quite sure, it was going to be for my car but TBH mine is in much better condition than I thought and this 'spare' is far too good just to butcher to cut the olive off for a custom box, so it may get offered up in the sales section.

I suppose it may not be stainless but it does look as if it could be.

Question...... did Peugeot make std style stainless systems?

This one is stamped PSA 3051, only other markings are what appears to be ECTA G 5.

Since no-one knows I thought I'd update.

Although it looks like stainless steel, if it is it must be fairly low grade as its magnetic!

So I think it will sit in the shed in case mine ever rots out or until some body local enough is in need of a quality replacement rather than a cheap after market one.
