Friends, again I have problem with my 407 2.0HDI automatic BVA4 (VIN: VF36DRHRE21125499).
I'm pissed off again since this looks like serious problem:

First, I'm getting ABS/ESP fault and then sometimes (but it becomes more often) while I'm driving in 3rd gear and press the brake easily, I feel brake pedal shakes (like ABS is getting activated) and it shifts automatically to lower gear (from 3rd to 2nd) informing me on the "GEARBOX FAULT".
I can drive on, but it won't shift up again (it stays in 2nd gear) until I stop, turn off the engine, put the gear lever in "P" position and start up car again.

I had it checked with Planet, but it shows me some glow plug codes P1693 and P1351, and for ABS it says C01E1.

Anybody have an idea or similar problem?

Please help, I'm getting desperate with this car.

When my ABS light came on (407 manual) the braking was strange. I have a vague idea that the auto gearbox is told how fast you are going via the ABS (it then checks the revs) - if that is cocked up, the gearbox will behave strangely. (I'm open to correction on this one)

Get the ABS sensors sorted.
