I try to change the 'make up' lights to t5 canbus led..
I have pulled out the sunvalve and try the right bulb to led. (left still was halogen). By open the sunvalve the fuse broke. Do i have to change all the 4 lights to led before try? Now just have tried one side, one light. I spend 3 fuses till now. Any advice very welcome!

Sounds like a faulty LED bulb or the wrong fitting, causing a short circuit. If you replace the bulb with the halogen one and the fuse does not blow then the problem has to be the new bulb. Replacing all 4 would not solve it - just potentially cause 4 short circuits!

Is it neccesairy to put 4 T5 Canbus lights in it? These are more thick than halogen T5... I know that LED without canbus is a little smaller... ?

See the difference..

The cambus bulb has an inbuilt resistor to increase the current so the comms doesn't think the bulb is blown. As it's for a "make up" lamp you could probably get away with a non-cambus error lamp.
Hope that explains it,night-shift head on.
