HI, I changed the headlamp recently because the old one had burned the bulb connector. When I turn to full beam the new headlamp does not work but dipped is fine. Is it possible the burning of the old headlamp connector caused damage farther back? is there a full beam fuse or relay?

Agreed - swap the bulbs from the working side to the not-working side to eliminate it.

If the working bulb doesn't work in the non-working bulbs holder, then its not the bulb.....

Ok I have done what Ginger suggested and still no joy. Where do I begin to proceed from here ? Definitely something wrong with the connection. I am afraid a wire has burned back in the electrics

Have a look in the fusebox in the engine bay.

Fuses 9 and 10 are dipped beam, 11 - 12 are the main beam.

This information came from Infotec, which is an online handbook for Peugeots - INFOTEC - Service Box Peugeot - you will need to select 'English' from the drop down menu in the top right of the screen :thumb:
