Gonna give the 307sw 1.6 hdi I service this weekend see if I can get rid off some of the errors I keep getting. Can't wait to change the air filter (not) but is there anything I have to do with the new fuel filter after I fix it on these. I see that there is a bled screwvon the top do I open this when all connected and leave open or what. Amy help would be great

Does yours have a hand priming pump? If so just squeeze this until there are no bubbles in the clear plastic pipes - there is nothing to open on the filter itself

Might need priming for ages to get all air out. Always takes me ages after changing fuel filter.

all the 1.6 hdis ive seen are bosch systems so have a hand primer its under the 1.6hdi cover

the air filter can be done easier by taking off the scuttle panel or undoing the engine mount and moving the engine forward.

i did mine as it is but it was the biggest pain ever
