Yes, petrol fuel filter is in line with the pipework over the fuel tank, accessible (I think) under the rear seat. Supposed to be a lifetime part and rarely in need of replacement.

Great thanks. Just asking as I'm having problems accelerating from stationary, so rather than replace the potentiometer I was going to change that as I have one.

A diagnostic would be beneficial as it could be anything. Randomly replacing parts could get very expensive before hitting on the right solution. Take a look at this post and near the bottom there is a link for Planet Map. Use that to find someone local to you whou may be able to run a diagnostic for a few quid,
