Hi
I have a 307HDI 2.0L and want to change the fuel filter. The housing is I think Siemens (three pipes on it) and there's no priming hand pump. According to Haynes once i've replaced the filter I need to get the air out by attaching the outlet to a piece of hose into a container and switch the ignition on and off about 10 times. Would appreciate any advice from anyone that has done this, and perhaps a silly question which pipe is the outlet?
thanks in advance

i found it hard enough with the hand pump it took ages to prime

i cant help you with that im afraid

the filter housing itself is easy enough to get off.

unbolt it from the engine. use the drain bolt and let it drain. then disconnect the hoses on the top

i then bolted the filter back on and used a rubber strap wrench. i could not get it undone off the car

my filter doesnt even looked its been changed. probably down to them being a pain in the arse
