Hi

I have bought a used 2005 Peugeot Partner 2.0 HDI about 5 months ago.
It has a full service history and is in excellent condition. We bought it from a garage knowing it was an ex motability car.
However, after doing a long motorway run in it..travelling at 60mph on average, we decided to do a fuel consumption check, as I knew it was not performing econimically.
I usually only get about 500 miles to a full tank.
We started with a full tank and then filled back up again after the run. Found out we were getting about 31 mpg!!!
The car is running great..ie..no smoke, the tryes are all properly inflated and we did not have a full load..so cannot understand why it is so uneconimical.
Does anyone else have the same problem?
Would like to hear from other Partner owners, what their fuel consumption is like.

I have a medium wheelbase high top boxer motorhome with the 2.0HDI and that averages around 33 to a gallon. So looks like you have a issue somewhere.

My wifes old Zsara 1.9 turbo used to average at least 50 to a gallon, I would have thought yours should be in that area.
Regards
Stewart
