Hello everybody
my peugeot 307 1.6 2006 petrol average petrol consumption is 12.4l/100km at 31km/hr average speed
is this normal or it is a high consumption?

also can i change my trip computer to read l/km instead of l /100km

can every one put their consumption to compare it
thank you

Hi

I have a 2002 1.6 petrol 307 and I get approx 29 - 30 mpg driving around town. I don't have a trip computer in mine, but I've heard they are not very accurate. The best way to check your mpg is to fill the tank and then when you need to fill again, see how many miles you have done on the petrol you have used.

I've a diesel rather than a petrol car but.......

Mine is a 1.6 HDi S 90 and it was bought with 113k on the clock. I've had the car for two months and i've done 4714 miles averaging 56.06 MPG

I have a diesel 1.6 HDi (110)
Remapped and DPF removed and deleted and use 300ml of 2 stroke oil per tank full of fuel to help lubricate the diesel engine components, i get 58-62 mpg depending on how i drive :thumb:

2006 1.6 petrol manual:
I normally get around 37mpg doing mix of local and A-road driving (approx 430 miles to a tank), but with careful driving and mainly motorway driving I have occasionally been able to pull 500 miles out of a tank.
