I'm no expert but this is a strange one and I hope someone has an idea of what's going on...

P0483 Cooling Function Integrated into the ECU (fan unit)

Status Intermittent
Fault characterisation Open circuit or temperature too high
List of associated variables
Engine speed 0771 rpm
Engine coolant temperature 024 °C
Fan unit speed open cycle ratio 053 %
Status of engine Engine operating
Post operation engine status Post operating inactive

I had my diagbox on it earlier and looked at live data whilst reving the engine so the engine gets hot so fan kicks in, but it doesn't. coolant temp was up to 75°C and nothing. I've done actuator test on fan at low speed and high speed and fan does work.

That's too cold for the fan to kick in. Was this measurement taken when the car was hot? If so then change the temperature sensor.

You'd probably have to leave the car standing and running for 20 minutes or more to get it really hot.
