Hi

Now when my car is "fixed" when it comes to throttle response and the turbo position issues, it has started to give me depollution faults when I accelerate hard.

The fault code indicates overboost. Do I need to re-adjust the actuator on the turbo, or might it be something else causing this to happen?

Also got P0490 today, which I presume is the EGR valve.
Even though I've blanked it off, it seem to me like it might need to be replaced to avoid depollution faults to appear...?

As far as I know the turbo shaft is ok, and the repeat signal is now following the reference value quite good.

However I noticed during parameter measurement that the boost pressure almost always was higher than the reference. I think reference was 1.3bar, but it usually showed 1.4-1.5bar.

I did put 2 thin shims on the turbo actuator before I mounted it, maybe that is enough to cause this difference? I suppose if I remove them it will adjust to boost a tiny bit less?
