Fault code B183F

Dear forum members, I hope someone can help me, I get an error code B183F, this is accompanied by a bad start, this is not every day but once every 1/2 week, sometimes more often, but always with a cold start. I would also add a photo of what can now be found on the internet, the information is distorted and halfway there is no more information, can someone help me solve it?

This concerns a Peugeot 3008 1.2 puretech from 2018

unfortunately it has not been solved for me either, I have just returned from vacation and I still have to work on it. but when I look on the internet it has to do with the multi-belt and water pump that need to be replaced. start stop counts the number of kilometers or something but then I still do not understand why the car starts with difficulty, I have this problem with me too, it starts normally, only with difficulty and this is very rare
