my 2006 expert 2L HDI keep cutting out, have had it on a computar for the fault codes and changed airflow meter high presure rail sencor and pump regulater
but still no differance

I take it you had fault codes for all those parts so assumed they were faulty this is a very expensive way of fixing things.

Try changing the brown relay next to the battery as this sends power to the electrics on the engine and can cause random cutting out

Not sure about the earlier Experts but my 2008 one did this and was traced to a bad connection at the crank sensor plug. Oil and crud had entered it and once cleaned out all was well and hasn't happened again.......so far :rolleyes:

you would be best to do a leak off test on injectors to start with then work from there, fuel pressure is everything with hdi. then cam and crank sensors then wiring to all of above. getting access to planet would be a great start.
