Hi im new so if im in the wrong place im sorry

I am swapping my d turbo hdi 110 for a hdi turbo 90 as the 110 was blown up.

Just wanted to ask if im likely to have any issues with the ECU?

apart from the obvious mechanical differences that i can see

whats blown in your engine turbo or headgasket or did it kick a rod out?

best advice I would do it get the 90bhp engine and swap the intake and turbo and fuel pump and injectors from the 110bhp to the 90bhp as they are the same engine apart from the intake and turbo as its controlled from the ECU

I have done it myself so if you need more info just ask, also while the engine is out you should check the clutch or maybe just get it done while you have it stripped take the 90bhp flywheel and put that on the 110bhp as they come with a dual mass flywheel as the 90bhp makes the car feel better but remember to get a 90bhp clutch as the 110bhp don't have springs.
