G'day all,

I recently purchased a 2006 307 2.0 Hdi Touring wagon in a six speed manual with 140k km. Absolutely love the car, but have noticed one very consistent problem that I can't put my finger on.

When the car is running whilst cold, it will judder for a split second when the temperature needle hits 65-70 degrees, then it will do it again when the engine hits normal operating temp (approx 80). It will then run fine without a repeat of the problem unless the car is off for a while and the temp drops. When it judders, it seems that everything is affected including the air con fan stopping and the radio dropping out for a second.

I've done a pretty thorough search of the forums but was unable to find anything that specifically links the judder to specific temperature points.

Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be? I'm located in Australia so I would like to see if i can rectify the problem myself before taking it to a Peugeot dealer, as you need a small stash of gold bullion to get these cars serviced here. I'm inclined to think it is a sensor of some sort, but don't have experience with these cars.

Thanks in advance
