Hi all

Have done a diag on a fellow forum members 307 SW today after he contacted me for assistance.

He told me the car was in limp mode and before I hooked up planet told him it was likely the DPF.

Sure enough after reading the engine ECU the fault on planet is displayed as;

Permanent Fault. Particle Filter. Particulate filter punctured or exhaust differential pressure info.

I have advised AH1929 that it could be the pressure sensor at fault as when I checked the DPF readings from planet nothing is displayed for current state apart from ------. This lead me to believe there is definately a fault with the DPF and replacing or a regen would be ideal or starting with the sensor.

Any advice so we can help a fellow forum member out?

Matt

The sensor is shot. They give trouble. There is a modified one available from dealers. Make sure all the piping from the sensor to the dpf is ok first.
