thanx i have found a few took cat/dpf off cleaned it with a hose and a good shake hung it up to drive over night cleaned the sensor fitted it and seems to be better now so i either take it off or get raped for the fluid as the tank is empty

I bought 3 litres plus the refill kit on Ebay for around 90 quid. It's not too bad considering it will likely be several years before you refill it again. Also very easy to do.

I also replaced the DPF, got a newly cleaned one from Ebay for 140 Euro, a piece of cake to replace. Only problem is I still have all the associated faults because the Diagbox I bought simply will not activate on my computer with Windows 7, it's driving me to dementia…...

Hi

Your old dpf can be resold take it to a scrap buyer I got 120 for mine but they check on the number k241 is 80 pound and k216 is 120 k217 is 50 it will say on the dpf psa then k---
