Hi mate, my 407 keep showing the break stop sign on the dashboard with this inscription. Break system defective. But the breaks still function fine. I have hard it looked at but they just can't fined the fault. Please can any one help

Hi danlot check your front brake pads this could be one reason if they are down to wear detectors,failing that contact someone with planet 2000 from the list near to where you live and maybe for a few cans they will read your codes.

is the brake fluid low?
perhaps beacause of worn pads ,the fluid can drop too even when they're near worn out but not worn enough for the sensors to trigger the fault....

when the pads were renewed was it done professionally think there is something about the ABS units that need careful pushing back of pistons at brake change time If not done right it can Mess up the ABS
