Hi,how hard is to fit a new clutch,peugeot 307 1.6hdi 110BHP SE Mode.

Check out the Haynes manual. I think its more about the labour time which bumps up the cost, as the actual component is cheap.

If you're a competent mechanic with the right tools I can't see it being too difficult.

iv got a 2.0 hdi 110 and i changed the ckutch and flywheel at weekend. when you first look at it it doesnt look like a quick job but once you have got all the crap out of the way it isnt that bad i dont think its a 7 hour job mine took five at the most job done.

Hydraulic clutch aren't they? Hate them!

Done on on an old 206 recently cable clutch relatively easy apart from the drivers side capsulated bearing on e driveshaft had to hammer it out in the end very frustrating.

I'm with Dave on this one quite a long job to do!
