dont have a book so can someone tell me how to disable the auto wipers please?

on the 406 and 407 you have to switch them back on after you turn the ignition on every time. I'm assuming the 307 musn't be like this??

Just don't use first position on wipers from off, press down for single wipe and click up two for slow speed. If you use first position then as trem says they will stay off until you flick the stalk on a restart. If you want to disable and use as standard intermittent wipe you need to switch off in BSI.

If you want to disable as they are too sensitive it is often the screen sensor not fitted correctly in the silicon gel there was a thread on here about refitting but cannot find it in search
