I have a question, I just got switched nozzles on my 407 2.0 hdi (dw10bted4), but after the change run only about 7 km / l whereas before the change drove the 11-12 km / l (short trips)
What can be the reason be, I know that there are 2 defective glow plugs and it regenerate the filter constantly according to diagbox

The consumption is high due to the constant regeneration.
I had this myself when I bought the car.

The trip computer indicated 6l/100km consumption, but the real consumption was 9l/100km due to the constant regeneration attempts.

Now when the car is working rather good I get 5.1l/100km (55 mpg) on the trip computer and about 5.8l/100km (49 mpg) in real life (much due to the Webasto additional heater that runs almost constantly when it's cold outside in the winter).

I must add I'm doing almost only long trips, 1 hour drive each way to work.

My consumption drops radically if I start doing small runabouts close to the city, so in that way 11-12km/l sounds correct if you do a lot of short trips.
