Given the proposed diesel car charges that have been in mooted in the press ( for driving into cities ) I don't know enough to know if this will affect all diesel cars - even new ones like the 3008! - or if it's based on emissions/and or age.
Had been planning to pay for my new car through cash+personal loan but am now starting to think that if diesel is to be the new whipping boy and source of revenue for councils, may need to switch back to a PCP. Any advice gratefully received
