Is there anything wrong with using diagbox/pp while on the move? Can it do any harm?

No, can't do any harm as it only reads what's going on with the car and that's how we get live data.
You will have some warning lights come up on the dash(stop ABS ) whilst using it and they will go out when pp2000/diagbox is disconnected.

Thanks Phil. It worked. Still have some Things to figure out, like how to configure my MFD. I'll see what else I can find here on the site.
