hi,
ive just fitted aDAB radio in my sisters mini and its great - i want to put one in my 206

i should be able to fit it myself without too much trouble, and i would like to fit the same model radio she's had (it has an on screen display) but..............

what would happen to the rest of the display on the dash of the 206? stuff like the miles left in tank, mpg, date etc.
do those features require the standard radio connected in any way?

i can't seem to find a definitive answer

any help appreciated

car is a 2003 206SW 2.0Hdi

All you will lose is the radio information and remote stalk functions. On a 2003 car it doesn't use the radio for programming the display or altering the date/time as you probab;y are already aware.

cheers - i'd forgot about the stalk but i can live without that

will the mpg and miles left in tank remain on the display then?
