I suddenly realised that I wasn't given the code card with the 3 year old 207cc I bought 3 weeks ago. I rang the dealer (a Ford dealer as it happens) in case it was an oversight but they haven't got it. They took it in as a part-ex over a year ago and never received it or so they say. I rang my local Peugeot dealer to see if I could get a copy and the receptionist didn't know herself but will make enquiries and get back to me.

It's not that I need it at the moment but does anybody know if a copy can be obtained?

Thanks:eek::eek:

Thanks. I didn't know that. My last car I bought new 5 years ago (207 1.4 16v S) and I gave my card to the dealer for the next owner. Does this mean we don't need a code any more?

Cheers

Phone them and order a new "Security Card" , you`ll need id and tax book when lifting it but should cost about £3

It has your Transponder Code below the silver scratch off

DO NOT ASK THEM FOR YOUR TRANSPONDER CODE or price will go up to £25-£30
