hey guys i think my clutch is going as the clutch is quite high up compared to the other pedals.

Anyway i checked my brake fluid the other day as basic maintenance and it seems low??
I havn't noticed any signs of a leak and my brakes feel fine so i am just wondering if it could be low due to the clutch? as i am aware that a hydraulic clutch needs fluid?

If it is the clutch that is taking the fluid can i just top up the brake fluid?:(

You can feel the edges of the discs for wear. You'll have to look at the pads unless they are worn enough to start making some serious noise tho.

thanks ohabu,

are there any signs to watch out for to know when brakes are ready to be changed?
Well.... the brake fluid level will get low. Sorry, I couldn't resist that one. :)
It's easy enough to check the outer pads and the discs with a torch. But you will have to get the wheels off to check them properly. If you are keeping up with maintenance you will be doing that every 10k miles or once a year anyway.

Roger.
