Hi all. Long standing problem still trying to diagnose. I've used Diagbox and came up with possible Fuel Pressure problem so changed it today. Quite stright forward, but on starting it's making an awful noise that was so alarming I shut it off now I'm sick with worry something it seriously wrong.

Peugeot Expert 2.0 hdi 2015.

Please HELP!

I've looked at the repair procedure and it says to Re-learn? but somehoe i can't get Diagbox to work...again.

I shoud ad that I've used a brand new one that is labelled for a ford mondeo galaxy focus 2.0 DW10. Read somewhere they were interchangeable?

Disaster averted but no further forward. I put the old one back one after testing it. Seemed to work fine unless it can appear fine and still malfunction?

A couple error codes keep popping up on my FAP app. "Rise in pressure in injection rail is too slow on startup" P2291


Now I'm starting to think it's the fuel pump!
