BSI reset stuff is for a multiplexed 206 unlike your preplexed so thats not the issue,
Maybe it needs recoding to the key? Instuctions in the manual.

central locking
hi all,
just brought a 1999 xs and the central locking has never worked, thought i BSI reset might of help, which i tried but not even sure if the procedure i used was meant to work on a 1999, anyway nothing happened
the battery did run flat before i brought it, is there any way to reset the central locking/alarm?
