After a period of no use battery went flat on mother in laws 52 plate 307 sw se. A local tried to help her out by jump starting it. Since then central locking does not work and front window switches have gone in reverse, passenger opens driver and vise versa. Have tried BSI reset procedure several times to no avail. Have tried plip reprogramme and changed key battery still the same. Car starts ok. I have access to planet and the central locking can be operated by computer, also central locking works from "key" button on dash. When locking/unlocking with key, only operates drivers door lock. Any ideas please.......

Hmm you've tried everything most people on here would, hate to say it but maybe the jump start shorted something.

Try reprogramming the key with Planet?

Thought about that Gibbo. Don't have the code! Was it yourself or Bettyswollocks that could get those for a reasonable amount?
