Hi guys,

I have a quick question.

I drive a 2010 307 sedan in Cuba. Due to a recent bump :nono: the CANISTER DEPOLLUTION ABSORBER has cracked and the two pipes that connect to it have split.

My question is, is this an essential part of the car or can it be removed without any negative effects?

Thanks in advance,

Donna

I'm guessing it's the dpf so can be removed. But search on here to confirm

It can be removed but you would need to have the engine remapped to ignore it, and also it depends on your countries rules for modifying cars - some countries are very strict, others are not.

Can it be welded together to fix it?
