Hi.
Saw this on my windscreen the other day. Has one wire attached to a small circuit board at the top left of the windscreen near sunvisor. I want to remove it, if no use.

So possibly an aerial then. No, don't think it's an import. Although was told, because there is a Z letter in my reg, they thought that it is linked to an Irish plate.....unsure myself. The letter Z is in the last part of my reg.
I doubt Peugeot put this circuit up there, looks too untidy. I want to remove it but hope it's not of some use. The stereo is original unit.

FAULT
Neither the Aircon nor the low speed radiator fan function at all.
TESTED SO FAR
A mechanic ,using testing equipment, can get the low speed to engage. The high speed fan works as it should.
Any ideas what the problem could? In my country...
