Dear mates, my Peugeot 207, 2011 model has developed a buzzing sound from the engine fuse panel. Initially i could start the car but now it doesn't want to start. As soon as i connect the battery it starts buzzing. It sounds like an electric buzz. I have looked for blown fuse or worn cable but i cant find anything. The challenge is that a diagnosis of the ECU cant be done since the fuse box does doesn't allow the scanning machine to read from the ECU. So the fuse box needs fixing first.

What else to check. Please advise.

Can you, please, type the solution here if it is not a secret? :) it might help others down the line! Thanks :)
Okay for this issue with the buzzing noises coming from the fuse box in the engine bay, do not purchase the fuse box as I did and wasn't needed, what you will need to do is remove the battery and battery box you will find the earth cable that connects to the transmission gearbox this cable could be corroded or completely rotted off. You will need to replace the cable. This has solved it. Regards,
