Hello I am searching for proper Diagnostics tool for my 2015 308 T9. I have found this item. It comes with Planet app with latest software. It is worth to buy it? Does it have full chip on the board?

Can't say about full chip, but $44 is not the sort of price usually asked for that, so maybe not.

This one states it is full chip, and shows you the difference to give some confidence that it really is.
