Afternoon All,

As per the title the brake pedal on my 106 travels to the floor, Ive checked the fluid levels and topped up, bled brakes through and still happening.

When the pedal is to the floor it slows down, but if i put pressure on the pedal it squeals from the left side, possibly front.

really rather peculiar.

Discs and pads were changed last november and passed MOT.

any thoughts?

Thanks
Ross

Almost certainly the master cylinder as Old Pug said.
Passing an mot only means the car met a minimum standard for certain criteria on the day of the test, my wife's 307's handbrake cable snapped less than week after its last mot, and it worked fine when it was tested.
