Hi

2.2l -05 160000 km

This is weird. I get a warning, brake pads worn when I pull the handbrake. How is this possible, there are no wires to the rear brake pads. And they are not worn, looked at all four pads, about 50%. Not getting a warning all the time. And sometimes footbrake can cause the warning.

Next step is to check the wire from the front pads, i had a loose one earthin out on the caliper. I removed all 4 wires, one from each pad on front axle. There is no wear sensors on the rear pads.
Out of curiosity how many clicks is your handbrake?

Handbrake is the same as mine so think you can rule that out.
Check your wires on front calipers.
