Hi, I Have a solid problem!
Need a drive shaft to my Peugeot Boxer 2.8 HDI 2002 model but the only axles I find is too small in diameter for my van.
The measurements are 30mm at the threads at the end and 32mm at the threads that goes through the hub.
The only drive shafts I find is smaller in diameter (25mm and 27mm)but for the same Van and engine size and with ABS.
I have even included the motorcode when ordering wich is 8140.43S.
I do not know what's going on regarding this.
As you can see in the pictures there is a big difference.

Can someone help me sort this out?

I have talked to around 20 different companies and no one got what I need.

i would take the old shaft to peugeot and see if they can identify it. Your van may have been spec'd up with stronger shafts or have the shafts off say a 407 or something

Yes, It seems that that one would fit.
Apparently I have a PEUGEOT BOXER 2.8 HDi 350, there are other models such as the 244 z.

Do you know the difference between these models ?

I wish to thank you for helping me out ! :)

Now I need a new clutch but there are two different sizes and I am wondering what size fit my van or where I can find out wich type of gearbox I have?

clutch set to gearbox MG5T dia 235 mm
clutch set to gearbox MLGU dia 240 mm

Sincerely Leon
