blower motor - not resistor!

Hi there,

I have a 2005 XT 2.0l 307, A/T with climate control.
I replaced 3 resistors nd the problem remains..

On hot days, after a few minutes with A/C on, the fan goas back to low speed and will not go faster.
If i turn it off for a few minuts, it is ok again, but only for few more minuts.

Any help will be appriciated.
