I have a 206 quiksilver 1.4 16v, basically when i try to drive off the car tends to creep slowly whilst my foot is firmly on the acelerator, then suddenly after 2-3 seconds it shoots off, note this only happens when the engine is cold. Its like theres loads of fuel going into the engine just choking it and then suddenly moves off quickly. So i thought it needed to be tuned so after diagnosing it they said the engine was fine only that there was something wrong with either the
1)the throttle sensor
2)the coil pack
3)the gell substance around the where the spark plugs sit?
Checked all the computers and other sensors and said that they were ok.

Anyways can anyone shed some light????? Cheers.

the best thing to do, is if you have afirnd with a 206 with the same coil pack, ask to see if you could try it on yours and then ul know if its tht or not, thats the only idea i can give you with out wasting loads of money trying to sort it. Regards whistler
