Just noticed wen i have my heaters on full and idle for a while then rev i get a quick squeal from the belt. Is this a sign.of a worn belt or could it be from my fuel leak issue.
Im unsure but may just change anyway. It also drops the speed of the heater.when.i go through a puddle at drivers side until.i rev up get a squeak then back to normal

Sounds like belt slip when wet/under load. Check belt is not worn and bottoming out on pulleys or brittle with age.

Cheap to change and worth it, I found when they snap you are lucky to get 20 miles before dash lights up like a Christmas tree and car shuts down/stops

even with my belt fully extended i couldnt just slip on the new belt

i routed it around everything except the bottom pulley and turned the engine over to get the belt on
