Peugeot 307 Rapier Diesel 2 Litre

When I start my car on cold mornings it beeps, but no warning lights come on. After driving it around and re-starting it throughout the day the beeping does not happen. Also in the cold mornings the brakes do not work straight away, I need to pump them a few times then they start working again.

Thanks for your help, though the temp sensor does not flash, I do beleive it is something to do with the cold weather. Although there is no real problem just a beeping noise. I will look into getting the brakes bleed, do you know if this is this an expensive job?
