Every so often when I start my car it's saying electrical circuit system: have the vehicle repaired, and in the diagnostic menu it's saying battery fault system. I've had my alternator tested that's fine, also replaced the battery, I've also done a bsi reset and had the car plugged in to a Peugeot diagnosis and still getting no answers its a 308 15plate 2.0 diesel. the car is having no issues with starting either and I've looked on forums and most that seem similar are having issues with starting the car or certain components working but that's not an issue currently

Have the battery protection and control module checked. I believe these cause that issue and your car has one too. They are expensive units to replace though, just had one replaced myself.

Hi! Have you solved this? I don't see any info from May. My 308 2.0 HDi has the same issue. It started with the battery charge fault and not being able to turn on the car. After many attempts it would turn on and run normally, with the service light disappearing once the low beams light were activated. But then again the same issue every few days. In the last period it took 50/60 attempts to turn on the car and in the last days it added a new error: electrical circuit system, have the vehicle repaired. The service message didn't disappear. I was exactly bringing the car to the electrician (again) and I am waiting for info.
