Has anyone ever tried to improve the 90 hdi? Mods, power gains etc??
Same for me.

Just bought a 307 estate 2.0 HDI and have seen the various chiptunes products that you can get.

though im thinking remapping the ECU may be a better option.

I think 90bhp is a bit low especially for an estate size car .

Front mounted intercooler, adjustable boost controller, decat and remap should give you around 150bhp
Been reading up on this.

upto 120 no mods needed,. after that you need intercooler decat and a freeflowing exhausts helps.

No thanks for me, ill get it to 120hp and that will do me. i just need it to be a bit better lower down and a little more fual efficient.

To be honest the 90bhp is still plenty for normal driving.

ive had a clean license since the day i got it 14 years ago.

Though i may have it decated . is it still not an MOT requirement?

It`s no big deal bro! Another turbine, bigger cooler, bigger nozzle and ECU mapping for more 45-50hp at least. If you you don`t want to change the turbine, only with ECU mapping you will have around 120hp.
