Hi all

I have the following advisory after the 207 passed its MOT:

Front Roll Bar Link N/S Worn/Damaged.

Anti- roll bar linkage has slight play in a ball joint nearside front (2.4.G.2).

Any ideas if it's an easy fix or how long it will hold up?

What is the parts function?

What is a fair price for this to be carried out.

Many thanks.

search 'drop links' common fail on loads of cars, easy enough job but sometimes the bolts are tight and need cutting/grinding off.

keep away from cheap drop links, dont last long. i have not long ago put a pair of mid priced meyle links on my nissan.

Thanks - any advice on decent manufacturers to go for and ones to steer clear of?

Peugeot have quoted £56 for one.

genuine always best but sometimes the prices are a joke, just look on ebay meyle are about £13 each with a 4 year warranty.

fitting shouldnt take more than 30 mins a side tops.

DELPHI and LEMFÖRDER look good also.
