Hi...the only answer is..something is wrong...it could be anything..from fuel filter to injector failed or even electrical...you realy need to have the vehicle on a diagnostic reader ...

Got this fault, what needs changing please?
get it to a garage and get it hooked up because like the fella above said it can be anything from minor to major!.
alot of places wont charge to investigate a problem if you get the work done there...

It's a generic message.
To find out what has upset the car you need to get the fault codes read, ideally with the dealer diagnostic software which is called PeugeotPlanet2000 (PP2K) and Diagbox (the newer version of the same).
Many member on here have PP2K/Diagbox and can do this for you. Map of them: Diagnostic (Peugeot Planet) Map
