Hello everyone, I recently bought a 2020 208 GTline and I’m really liking the car. Unfortunately, the ambient lighting doesn't want to work. I've tried a lot of things: resetting the system, updating it and restarting it. When I switch it on in the settings, change the colour or brightness, absolutely nothing happens and the lighting stays off. Can someone please help me?

hmm this is probably quite an usual fault. However - I have seen a software glitch on this before. I just noticed one day mine were off. I went to the settings and they were set to On. I switched them off....then came out of the Settings menus again. Went back in and turned on and it woke them back up.
I'd assume you've tried everything - but make sure you change the settings and fully OK them and exit back out to the main screens. Then go back in and set maximum brightness etc. making sure to hit OK on everything (not just the back arrow after picking)

Hmm. Maybe it's Colour only that has the OK field? I will take a look next time in the car. I hope you get sorted.

EDIT: ah. It's the colour themes (cockpit and screen colour) that needs the ok. Ive made mistake in the past of changing colour and then hitting back like for mood/ambient
