Does anyone know if it’s safe to leave the aerial on the car whilst going through an automated car wash or is it best to unscrew it?

depends what car, most have the fin type now or no Ariel at all so no need to remove. if you have the long ones then it wont hurt to remove it to stop it bending/snapping
