Hi there,

I cannot seem to find any way to adjust the horizontal beam alignment.

The vertical adjustment is straight forward enough by turning the adjustment screw located on the rear of the headlights plastic housing.

My problem is the nearside headlight seems out of alignment and lights up 60% of the pavement and 40% of the road.

Even when on full beam the headlights seem to be concentrated far to much to the nearside of the road ahead.

As I live in a rural area ( no street lights ) this problem really stands out.

Any help greatly appreciated.

There should be another adjustment screw, same as the one for the vertical adjustment, somewhere on the back of the headlight :thumb:

Thanx for your reply -

I did wonder if there was, as I had read in the Haynes manual for the 307, that this was the case. I had searched around the rear of the headlight, after removing the weather protection rubber cap.

The back of the headlights isn't the easiest of places to access or view so I used the wifes vanity mirror, but I cannot see anything which resembles an adjusting screw.

there is an 8mm nut at the back of light which you turn clockwise to adjust inward or anti clockwise for outward
