Hello, new to the site I have a 307 hdi 52 plate, had the recall done no real problems then had some wiring behind the dash replaced as they melted.
I have had the module for the air bag and horn etc replaced as they stopped working, NOW I have had the ABS fault light come on - took it to the dealer and had the fuse replaced (£45) it then went again and they said a new ABS pump (around £750) I attempted to get a reconditioned one and at one Peugeot specialist I was told that it was not the pump it was a wiring fault and could be sorted for £130 Is anyone out there be able to advise me here as I am unsure what to do.

Are you sure its not just a abs sensor problem ,
is it just the abs light ?
does your brake thump when you use them ?
Search forum for abs sensor problems and read through them ,

Hi - The main dealer I have used before - the garage where they said it was a wiring fault claimed to be a peugeot spares and suppliers specialist - I have not used these before. I have had the rear O/S sensor replaced earlier this year - I may just bite the bullet and get it hooked up to the PC and take it from there - thanks for your prompt reply

Best way , i would be hoping for the wiring problem (cheaper than pump ) ,make sure when they say what the problem is that you agree to pay "if" that fixes your problem.
