hello all, im new here and glad I have found this forum which hopefully will be able to help me with problem I have on my 1007.
few days back garage have changed front wheel bearing (I bought it from ebay and supplied it ) and now struggling to clear abs/esp fault. I do have pp2000 and went through 2 new sensors and still the same issue: (permanent fault. left hand front wheel sensor signal fault. coherence) It comes up every time after 2 min drive. Could it be wrong wheel bearing? as there is no abs rings and wondering how abs sensor picks up signal, is it not from bearing?
thanks in advance!

Is it the same wheel that you had the bearing fitted? if so did they break the sensor / wire when fitting?

yes same wheel, it did break sensor removing it but new was supplied and still same problem  I have checked everything over myself, as the garage is pretty much useless when it comes with diag. sensor connector is all fine and clean, cleared faults with pp2000 still no joy

you would probably need to check that the gaps are correct etc as I know that the 307's have terrible issues with that not too sure about the 1007. Pretty sure David or someone will be able to advise better though

Possible that the magnetic ring on the new bearing is faulty/wrong pitch or the garage damaged it they fitted the bearing they are very easy to damage.

I have seen this a few times as the ring in the bearing is not obvious till you look properly so if you do not know its there you have a 50% chance of getting it wrong :)
