A 2021 E208 Service intervals

Hello

New owner here, when I have checked the service record for my E 208, it states, firstservice at 8000 mile or 1 year and then every 16000 miles or 2 years. But when I spoke to the local garage they said it should be every year, switching between minor servicing and major servicing.
What is other people experiance, which do we think is correct.
I have also got a recall for software upgrade that needs to be done, but as I have only just taken ownership of the car I haven't received the letter yet.

It should be as you stated. The consensus is that the electric cars don't have as much moving parts, so it doesn't need an service as often. Was the local garage Peugeot or independent by the way?

They are a Peugeot dealer, I can understand a the two year gap for the major service and it is probably right to have the minor one in between. The documentation is not that clear.

According to Stellantis dealships.. it's just 16k or 2 years.

Palmers Peugeot want your money more, so say annually...

I believe that this change has only recently happened. I have just got the new e308 this month and noticed the first service is as you have said not due until 16k or 2 years, but that was not the case even previously.

It also requires a "Vehicle Health Check" near the start of ownership, forget the milage that was. Basically kick the tyres
